Led by Duncan Renchard, a former project & operations manager for USAID programs around the globe, Home & Field pairs large-scale logistical experience with an enduring respect for attentive service, craftsmanship, and the coastal community we work within. The result is responsive, personal, and local management—without the overhead of a full-time estate staff.
